Tropical disco wedding with gold pineapples!

Ruth and Greg at the Anchor Inn, Lewes

I love all the weddings I do as each and every one is individually special. It is lovely the way that flowers can add extra personality to an event and everyone’s personalities are a different. So when a wedding like Ruth and Greg’s comes along it is extra exciting as their style choice was right up my street! I don’t need to be asked twice to go for it with tropical style colours and flowers! I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this wedding, from choosing which bright and fabulous blooms to fill the tropical fruit tins to setting up on a beautiful summers day with retro 90’s dance tunes blasting out of the sound system whilst they tested it all out (it was definitely working!)

A great way to add colour to your table centres whilst keeping the cost down is reusing old food tins. We used mango, lychee and tomato tins which all had cool colours and quirky designs printed on.

The reception venue was The Anchor Inn (near Lewes) and it’s such a beautiful venue, I love how you can go boating on your wedding day! There’s room for camping in the next door field so you can carry on the party!
